Alexander Technique for musicians
Ayumi with the Alexander Technique
Next to the study of the recorder at Music Concervatorium in Utrecht, Ayumi Matsuda started to be interested in the Alexander Technique since 1996.
She had a complain of her breath technique for her playing recorder. And her nervousness on the stage.
The Alexander Technique made her much more stable on the stage and playing long phrase became easier after having lessons.
She had clarified the Alexander Technique at Alexandertechniek Opleiding Nederland (ATON) in 2004. Membership of the NeVLAT.
With this technique, she has been teaching privately and in groups many musicians, dansers, office workers and others in Holland and Japan.

- the international macrobiotic summer conference Helvoirt in Netherland ( 2011- )
