Hope Step Japan! presents the film ‘Little Voice from Fukushima’

(Dir. Hitomi Kamanaka, 2015, 119min, Bun Bun Films).

The film covers 7 years after Japan’s great earthquake and nuclear disaster, aiming to raise awarness and public attention to the unresolved issues of Fukushima Daiichi nuclear accident that are fading.

A few minute walk from Tram 3 (van Woustraat) and Tram 4 (Centuurbaan)

The film focuses on mothers and children in Nihonmatsu city (Fukushima) and post-Chernobyl Belarus. A comparison of the two cities reveals the situation in which we are living, under the on-going nuclear catastrophe in Fukushima.
 

This documentary shows us some hints to create and guard our future, "...to protect our children from the radiation", and "...creating a safe environment for the children".
